Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Finley's Barbershop website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Use of Our Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Transmit any malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Use our services to harm or harass others

Appointments and Cancellations

When booking appointments through our website or third-party booking systems:

• You are responsible for providing accurate information
• Appointments are subject to availability
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances
• We require at least 3 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment
• Late cancellations (less than 3 hours) or no-shows may result in a fee for the full cost of the service
• Each client receives three courtesy no-charge late cancellations or no-shows per year

Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed on our website are estimates and may vary by location. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept credit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at each location. Please note that most locations DO NOT accept cash.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Finley's Barbershop or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finley's Barbershop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Finley's Barbershop, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
