Client Guidelines

Please understand that we are experiencing a labor shortage in our industry which affects the entire Finley’s team.  There are fewer staff members to provide services. Even though we are experiencing a labor shortage, and abiding by Local and Federal Covid guidelines, we want you to know that our team has been working tirelessly throughout the pandemic, and they’re committed and eager to see all of you back in the barbershop.

Below are the guidelines local Licensing Agencies require us to follow as well as some additional that we ask you to please adhere to when visiting your local Finley’s:

  • Unvaccinated clients are not required to wear a mask, except when local guidelines mandate otherwise.  When wearing a mask, we ask that it is an over-the-ear loop mask for easy access by our barbers. If you don’t have a mask, Finley’s will provide you with one if you choose.
  • Masks are optional for Finley’s Staff who are vaccinated, except when local guidelines mandate otherwise.
  • We recommend that you make an appointment, though walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
  • If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, please stay home: dry cough, loss of taste and/or smell, sore throat, and shortness of breath.
  • NO CASH or CHECKS accepted at our Texas locations, we only accept Credit Card or Apple Pay.
  • All surfaces and implements will be cleaned and disinfected between every service.
  • We have re-trained our staff on proper infection control and hand hygiene practices, please be patient with them.
