NOTE: Thank you for your patience as we’re managing an unprecedented worker shortage in our industry. Â Because of this shortage we built the Finley’s Customer Care Center, our Finley’s staffed phone answering center. Â The Customer Care Center allows some of our front desk staff to answer phones remotely, which keeps everyone safer and provides you with the best possible customer service throughout the day. We’ve also instituted a new chat/text bot on our home page named “Fin”. Fin can assist you with booking, cancelling and rescheduling appointments. Â You can also cancel your appointment through the online booking system or use this form to communicate appointment changes and cancellations.
