Cancellation and No-Show Policy


Please understand that when you don’t show up for your scheduled appointment or you cancel your appointment outside of the cancellation window, we are unable to re-book that appointment time because of such a late notification. Most clients are automatically reminded of their appointment either by email or text, 48 hours in advance.  If you are not receiving these reminders, you can login to your online booker center account and update your preferences or contact the Finley’s Customer Care Center and a Specialist will be happy to update your account for you. We know how easy it is to forget an appointment that you booked months ago, and also  that situations arise that are out of your control such as COVID related illnesses and accidents. Since the appointment time was reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel less than 3 hours before your appointment time or you do not show up (no-show) for your appointment.

– Cancellations less than 3hrs before the appointment time will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.

– NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

This cancellation policy allows our staff the time to inform our waitlist guests of any availability, as well as keeping our Finley’s team members schedule filled, thus better serving everyone. Finley’s Barbershop policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele. Use the web/text bot on our home page, the online booking system, our feedback form, or call the Customer Care Center to notify us of your cancellation and re-schedule requests.


You can choose to be reminded of your appointment 48 hours in advance by either email or text message. However, if for some reason you do not see the message, or the message goes into your junk mail, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
